Overview

In this hour-long video workshop, Ellen Lee, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Clinical Director at Redeemer Counseling Services, walks you through how Scripture-based principles and insights from neurobiology can help you deal with re-entry anxiety.

While we hope for the pandemic to be over and life to return to a new “normal,” the thought of re-entry brings a new level of anxiety for many of us. After more than a year of becoming accustomed to social distancing, remote work and limited activities outside the home, beginning to move toward re-entry means more shifts, new adjustment and having to figure out how to navigate a different world amidst continuing uncertainties and varied opinions.

In this practical, self-reflective workshop, you will:

  • Identify your particular hopes and anxieties
  • Learn a few principles based on Scripture and neurobiology to help guide your decisions
  • Begin to plan a way forward – not just to cope, but to grow through these challenges
